This position requires skill in working with a Char Broiler, Flat-top, Pan Work and Deep Fryers. You will be dealing with Steaks, Burgers, Fish, Pasta, Breakfast, and Deep Fried goodness. The ability to be well organized and a good multi-tasker is important, as working in the middle and calling board will be a main feature of this job.

You will need the ability to adhere to franchise guidelines as per plating and preparation requirements.

We have a great team of professional and calm headed individuals on our kitchen team, and even under stress when it is busy it can be a fun team environment to work in. We take great pride in our Kitchen and Front of House team. A calm and collected personality would fit greatly in this role.

EXPERIENCE:

**Salary**: $16.50 to $18.50 /hour, co-paid medical & dental benefits, plus $2+/hour tip out (wage will be determined based on level of experience)
