**About KINTORI YAKITORI** Yakitori is a type of Japanese grilled chicken skewer most commonly grilled over charcoal. Pieces of chicken, including the giblets, are held together by bamboo skewers and served hot. Although Yakitori is translated as "grilled chicken", other types of skewers, using meats and vegetables, exist as well. This position requires standing for up to 8 hours per shift, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing all day. This position also requires lifting up to 25lbs from floor to waist, waist to shoulder and shoulder to above head.
