Are you quick on your feet, thrive in a creative environment, and love working with your hands? VTR Uniforms and Community Threads are looking for a **Screen Printer & Apparel Decoration Assistant** to join our production team.

**This is not just a job—it’s a craft.**

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Setting up and operating screen printing equipment
- Burning, cleaning, and reclaiming screens
- Mixing inks and ensuring accurate colour matching
- Heat pressing names, numbers, and transfers on garments
- Assisting with embroidery setup and operation (training provided)
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Managing production timelines and job priorities
- Assisting with packaging and preparing orders for pickup/shipping

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A basic understanding of screen printing processes
- Ability to stay organized, focused, and detail-oriented during fast-paced work
- A strong sense of responsibility and pride in your output
- Clean work habits and respect for equipment and materials
- A creative mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment
- Motivation to grow your skills and take initiative in your role

**Bonus if you**:

- Have experience with embroidery or heat press work
- Have worked in a print shop or custom apparel environment
- Are familiar with garment types and sizing for decoration
