**Part-Time Sales Associate - Flooring Liquidators Ottawa (West Location)**

Conveniently located near major highways and public transit, our West Ottawa showroom provides a fast-paced and customer-focused environment where we aim to deliver top-notch service every day.

**Work Schedule**:

- **Sunday**: _Mandatory (11 AM - 4 PM)_
- **Monday**: _Mandatory (10 AM - 6 PM)_
- **Friday**: _Optional (10 AM - 5 PM)_
- **Saturday**: _Mandatory (10 AM - 3 PM)_
- Total: 3-4 days/week_

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Part-Time Sales Associate** to join our team. This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for someone with a strong background in sales and customer service who can confidently manage showroom operations, work independently, and provide exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and guide them through flooring options
- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and close sales
- Open and close the store independently
- Complete administrative duties: invoicing, filing, scheduling installations
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and perform light housekeeping

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **5 years of sales experience**:

- Minimum **5 years in customer service**:

- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel, Word, QuickBooks, Gmail, POS systems**, and **social media platforms**:

- Fluent in English and legally eligible to work in Canada
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and strong independent work ethic

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
