- service dining, quick-service, corporate events, on and off-site catering as well as tours. We are now looking for experienced and energetic Brand Standards Manager.

The Brand Standards Manager will work directly with the restaurant teams to ensure our locations are maintaining the highest level of food quality and service.

**Job Description**:

- Conduct regular store visits to monitor compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and food quality.
- Assist in developing and maintain guidelines, manuals, and protocols to ensure uniformity across all restaurant locations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to address and resolve brand-related issues and challenges proactively.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and resources to restaurant locations
- Communicate effectively to all levels of leadership to share insights, best practices, and recommendations for enhancing brand consistency and performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand loyalty through personalized experiences, menu innovation, and operational excellence.
- Analyze data, feedback, and performance metrics to measure the impact of brand initiatives on business results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, in a training or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations
- labour and cost of goods managment, Basic HR knowledge, employee onboarding/training
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate brand standards and initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support brand standards initiatives and conduct site visits.
