The General Manager is responsible for all restaurant daily operations and financial results. This includes delivering an excellent guest experience, executing a high level of food & beverage, driving sales and profitability, building a strong workplace culture, maintaining cleanliness and adherence to specs and standards.

What are we Looking for?
- A Strong financial acumen with an ability to understand and troubleshoot the P&L
- Ability to uphold all brand standards
- Able to lead a team of up to 60 employees including 2-3 managers
- Set and achieve labour targets by implementing weekly forecasting and executing plan
- Support the Kitchen manager in delivering budgeted food cost
- Provide coaching and development for managers and employees
- Quick to identify opportunities in the daily operations and coach improvement plans
- Able to Motivate and grow a team while aligning the team on the needs of the business
- Make difficult people and business decision that will help grow the business
- Maintain a positive outlook at all times, even when under pressure
- 3 years managers experience in the Restaurant industry

**Salary**: $47,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
