We are a Canadian women’s fashion brick and mortar and e-commerce retailer focusing and importing a curated selection of mid to high end designers.

**Your Opportunity**:
We are seeking stylists who have a passion for fashion. Our customers come first, so creating a charming shopping experience is our top priority. This position will be held at our boutique located in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build lasting customer relationships
- Provide excellent customer service and maximize sales opportunity to achieve targets
- Creating a friendly and welcoming environment for all customers and answering questions
- Staying up-to-date with detailed knowledge on new and existing products & collections
- Organize, size & steam incoming merchandise
- Maintaining consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards at all times
- Maintain store cleanliness & organization
- Handling both in-store & online purchases
- Executing opening/closing store procedures

**Your Pre-requisites**:

- Previous experience in retail sales & customer service
- Strong sense of style & fashion
- Strong sales background and passionate about products
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented attitude
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use a point-of-sale system
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build relationships with customers

**Nice to Have**
- Experience in operating within Shopify (POS)

**Education**
- High school or equivalent

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
