**Job description**

QA Lab Technician/Process Control

To perform all lab analysis and related administration to support the electroplating operations and waste treatment operations.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- analysis of plating process and waste treatment
- recommend chemical additions for plating process
- record analysis, and all process daily log sheets
- manage process and lab chemical inventory (perform incoming inspection, CofA, FIFO, weekly, annual inventory, etc.)
- assist operators for efficient operation of plating lines
- maintain calibration of lab equipment
- maintain MSDS and Technical Data Sheets
- Maintain operation of all process testing equipment and lab equipment - AA, X-Ray, wet bench testing equipment, Neutral Salt Spray cabinets
- responsible for performing and administering process testing
- liaison with chemical suppliers for required testing and information
- responsible for maintaining laboratory and related work area in a clean and orderly state

**Qualifications**
- understanding of basic chemistry
- good written/verbal communication skills
- preferably minimum 1yr laboratory experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.50 per hour
