**Position**:
Accounts Payable Clerk, Edmonton

**Location and Reporting Structure**:
**Reporting to the Supervisor, Accounts Payable, this position is based in the Edmonton office.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving, processing, and verifying invoices;
- Perform data entry associated with accounts payable;
- Update invoice status in tracking system;
- Reconcile vendor statements;
- Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations, and solve problems;
- Filing, photocopying, scanning, and general office duties as required; and
- Perform other duties as required in support of Company objectives.

**Desired Competencies and Requirements**:

- Experience with SAP considered an asset;
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Bookkeeping or similar field from an accredited university or college;
- Minimum two years of full cycle AP experience with multicurrency and project costing focused;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment but also available to work independently with minimum supervision; and
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

**Compensation and Benefits**:
The starting annual salary for this role is $60,000.00.
