**Job brief**
As** Sales Manager**, you will increase awareness for Image Salon and our 2 sister companies, PhAito and Studio Sage, through events, social media, and in collaboration with the marketing team, to increase our client base and grow our presence in various markets (specializations but also geographical locations). You will also collaborate with all departments to continuously improve our systems and increase revenue, activation, and retention through improved client experience

**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Sales initiatives_
- Organize sales for recurring holidays or in reaction to sales performance
- Develop new sales strategies according to needs
- Set sales goals accordingly in collaboration with the marketing manager and the CFO
- Customer success_
- Nurture long term relations with important clients
- Conceive and promote loyalty campaigns
- Reignite client accounts that have been inactive
- Review daily signups for clients who are a good fit, as well as following up manually, in addition to the automated tools in place
- Provide manual invoicing for select clients
- Business development: Business development across all aspects of the business: Image Salon, Sage and PhAIto_
- Conceive and animate Q&A sessions and orientations for potential clients or first time users
- Interact actively with the Image Salon community on different social media platforms
- Coordinate with social media agency
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients
- Set individual sales targets with the marketing manager and CFO
- Track sales goals and report results as necessary
- Partnerships _
- Coordinate with partners, vendors and ambassadors
- Represent Image Salon at trade association meetings to promote services offered

**Required Skills and Experiences**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience
- Hubspot familiarity
- Strong collaboration skills
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in french and in english
- Basic knowledge of the photography industry and software basics, being an advantage
