**Job Summary**:
The Marketing team is looking for a Digital Brand Copywriter (English), Garage & Dynamite, to be responsible for writing English copy for the brands’ digital channels. They must create copy that is continually optimized to deliver on business goals and that reflects the existing tone of voice of each brand.

You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete technical briefs for all copy, including site links, fine print, and segmentation directives;
- Coordinate with the internal Translation department to secure French translation;
- Participate in editorial and content approval meetings led by the Marketing team;
- Develop effective relationships and partnerships with the Marketing, Product, Creative, E-commerce and CRM teams, gaining feedback and approvals on digital content in a timely manner to meet publishing deadlines;
- Perform ongoing competitive, pop culture and linguistic trend research.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field;
- 2+ years of related work experience;
- Retail and/or fashion experience an asset;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; intermediate understanding of written and verbal communication in French an asset
- Strong understanding of content optimization and best practices;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
