**Job Description**:
As an Intake Specialist you will join the Business Banking, Contact Centre & CAM Technology Intake team. You will manage, process, assess, and supporting all intakes. You will facilitate weekly intake meetings. You will ensure all intake details are captured, complete and accurate in the Jira Intake management system.

How You’ll Succeed- Intake Review - Review and assess all requests and ensure they are assigned to correct channel. Facilitate weekly intake meeting, providing summary of action items- Planning and coordination - Interact with multiple Teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Teams and Business partners to gather and understand requirements- Project Management Support - Maintain a repository of intakes. Provide continuous improvement ideas and work closely with internal partners to ensure that work is efficient, effective and delivered on time. Coordinate activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates and reporting.- Reporting - Produce and present reporting to various stakeholders. Produce weekly intake meeting agenda and support assembling of estimates to senior management- Teamwork & Relationship Management
- Ability to establish and build healthy working relations and partnerships.- Time & Priority Management
- Ability to assess and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.

You enjoy investigating complex problems, and making sense of information. You're confident in your ability to communicate detailed information in an impactful way- It is an asset if you have experience of ticketing tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint Online etc.) Financial Institute working knowledge, prior intake process or design/analytical experience.
