**Summary**

We are seeking a Trainer to join our Merry Maids® team. This role is essential in developing and delivering training programs that empower our team members to provide exceptional service. You will play a key role in enhancing the skills of our staff, ensuring they thrive in their roles and contribute positively to the client experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of team members.
- Conduct engaging training sessions using various methods, including presentations and hands-on activities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments, adjusting programs as necessary.
- Research industry best practices to continuously improve training content.
- Support new hires with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in training or instructional design, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
