The Production Operator plays key role is to ensure AX products are manufactured and distributed according to Health Canada and US FDA regulations. This function maintains quality compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and AX standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**Position Summary**:
The Production Operator plays key role is to ensure AX products are manufactured and distributed according to Health Canada and US FDA regulations. This function maintains quality compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and AX standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**General Responsibilities**:

- Handling receiving Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients from manufacturer according to SOP and Quality department work sheet required
- Conducting Re-packaging and Re-Labeling Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients based on work sheet from quality department by SOP
- Coordinating with QA department to ensure production activities can be completed in compliance with GMP, FDA and Health Canada regulations
- Booking airline or courier service for shipment to customers, coordinating with broker and forwarder to clear the customs and FDA-Understand IATA regulations of DG packaging and declaration
- Communicating and Coordinating with all 3rd party logistic companies and custom & FDA clearing Agents to solve any issues occurred when crossing the border
- Cleaning clean room and re-packaging equipment by cleaning protocol and procedure
- Handling of sampling if required and send to third party or company's lab for testing.
- Purchasing all shipping & cleanroom supplies to maintain normal business operating.
- Handle returns and exchanges by ensuring that reverse distribution processes are followed properly
- Ascertain that all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly labeled and that correlating documents are available with each shipment

- normal shift 9:00-5:00 Monday to Friday

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- G2 or G driver license
- proven ability to be a team player and work in a team environment
- excellent communications skills (verbal, written)
- solid computer skills, using MS Office, MS-Word, MS-Excel
- understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and worked relevant experience is strong asset

**Training**:
AX Pharmaceutical Corp provides GMP, AX Standard Operation Procedure and IATA DG regulations Training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
