Bright Star Training Academy Ltd. is a British Columbia-based with a mission to provide short courses opportunity to fresh graduates to prepare them for market needs and give them practical business world experience exposure. The BSTA seeks to prepare individuals with the required skills to fill the Canadian labor market gap. These courses range from two weeks to a maximum of six months, including business, management, accounting, and data entry, to computers.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company to new heights. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing operations, and driving the company's overall growth and success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan in alignment with the board of directors.
- Lead and manage the executive team to ensure operational excellence and financial stability.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue streams.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Negotiate key partnerships, contracts, and agreements to support business objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance throughout the organization.
- Represent the company to stakeholders, including investors, clients, regulatory bodies, and the public.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership role.
- Strong background in negotiating deals, business development, and project management.
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational growth and profitability.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing successful business strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45.96 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
