**CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE**
- **Ottawa Logistics provides warehousing, order fulfillment, and distribution services to hundreds of customers. We are powered by quality orientation, dedicated staff, and cutting edge technology.**_
- Ottawa Logistics requires dedicated employees to pick, pack and ship a vast array of items including cosmetics, food products, and wellness supplements. We are looking for someone who is energetic, motivated and can keep up with a fast-paced environment to fulfill orders in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy._

We are looking for individuals who prioritizes efficiency, teamwork, and safety.

**Required Skills**:

- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate to any level within the organization as well as customers and vendors
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Detail oriented focus with ability to multi task and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility; adaptable to change in work assignments/priorities
- Must possess strong planning and organizing skills
- Excellent attention to detail

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High school diploma
- Experience working in an office setting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
