**Job Overview**:
The Guest Services Associate is the face of Glen Oro, providing exceptional service to guests from check-in to check-out. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, outdoor environment and thrives in a setting that combines luxury with nature. In addition to guest services, you will assist with light housekeeping duties to ensure the retreat maintains its pristine, welcoming atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Interaction**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Provide information about the property, accommodations, amenities, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with any special requests, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and with a high level of professionalism.
- Be proactive in creating a welcoming, friendly environment for all guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

**Outdoor Hospitality**
- Share your love of nature and outdoor experiences with guests, offering suggestions for activities and ways to enjoy the property.
- Monitor guest needs during their stay, ensuring they have everything they need for a memorable, comfortable experience.
- Help organize and oversee outdoor activities or events when needed (e.g., campfire gatherings, guided walks, equestrian experiences).

**Housekeeping Assistance**
- Assist with cleaning and preparing accommodations to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
- Ensure common areas (e.g., lounge areas, restrooms, outdoor spaces) are maintained to the retreat’s standards of excellence.
- Help set up and break down for special events or group gatherings as needed.

**General Operations Support**
- Maintain accurate guest records and assist with reservations and administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with any other duties that contribute to the retreat’s success.

**Key Qualifications**:
**Personality & Charisma**
- Friendly, personable, and charismatic with a passion for engaging with people.
- Comfortable working with diverse groups of people in a relaxed, yet professional manner.

**Adaptability**
- Ability to pivot quickly and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing outdoor environment.
- Comfortable with the physical demands of working outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Love for the Outdoors**
- A deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors is essential. Prior experience with camping, hiking, or outdoor activities is a plus.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- A background in housekeeping or working in a hospitality setting is an advantage.

**Team Player**
- Willingness to assist fellow team members in various roles as needed.
- A positive, collaborative attitude is a must.

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to walk, stand, and work outdoors for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform light housekeeping duties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
