Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Ontario Greenbelt and Oak Ridges Moraine, we offer a variety of recreational facilities and amenities for our guests. **Summary** We are seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at Bare Oaks Family Naturist Park in Ontario. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing guest satisfaction and ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors. The Guest Experience Coordinator will contribute significantly to our mission of providing a welcoming and enjoyable naturist environment. **Responsibilities** Oversee daily operations of guest services to ensure high standards of hospitality. **Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.** Greet guests and members arriving to the park, creating a memorable "first impression" to all. **Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience based on feedback.** Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. **Monitor guest interactions and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout the park.** **Familiarity with front desk operations, phone systems, scheduling tools, is an asset.** Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. **Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.** Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. **Previous Naturism work-experience is considered an advantage, as well as experience working for a camp ground or resort.** **Call-To-Action** **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week Application question(s): - Have you ever experienced Naturism in a professional or personal setting? - Have you reviewed our website to gain a clear understanding of the environment in which you will be working Work Location: In person
