Project Manager

Sales - estimating and quoting
- Establish and nurture customer relationships.
- Provide exemplary customer service to company standards.
- Estimate costs, prepare and submit bids.
- Establish and manage client expectations. Prevent scope creep.
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to agreements. with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Project Planning
- Create a comprehensive plan to see projects through to completion, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Define the project scope and assign duties to team members.
- Develop and implement quality control measures for each project.
- Procure necessary supplies, tools, and equipment and track inventory.
- Coordinate material procurement in a timely manner so materials are available when needed or in advance of when the project workflow requires them.
- Coordinate and allocate all resources, including personnel.
- Vet and select subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities.
Monitor Progress
- Establish milestones. Monitor the progress of the project, track milestones, and prepare progress reports and regular status updates for stakeholders.
- Document, measure, analyze, and collect data as required.
- Monitor tasks in progress and the flow of work. Resolve derailments, recover, and get project back on track.
- Communicate effectively with frequent, open communication with the project team members and stakeholders.
Track Budget
- Complete the project within the fixed budget. Manage the project budget to ensure that the costs do not exceed the budgeted amount.
- If parts of the project end up costing more (or less) than anticipated, moderate spending and reallocate funds when necessary.
Lead Project Team
- Make sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.
- Manage production schedule and activities.
- Motivate team members, assign tasks, set deadlines, provide necessary resources.
- Facilitate site planning, orientation, and safety meetings.
Documentation - Safety and Compliance
- Obtain all necessary permits and comply with all government and institutional regulations.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
Risk Management
- Identify and respond to potential issues throughout the project to minimize negative impacts and ensure the safety of the team members and the general public.
- Solve problems as they arise.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
