**Truck Driver**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:
The Truck Driver is responsible for ensuring effective distribution of material and parts in support of the construction and modernization departments.

**Responsibilities**

**(In order of importance, including only usual duties and responsibilities.)**
- Drive vehicles in order to transport materials to and from specified destinations for all departments including new installations, existing installations and modernization
- Coordinate deliveries of material to job sites as requested
- Determine the most practical and time efficient route while avoiding truck-restricted routes
- Locate new delivery locations in new areas
- Load and unload freight
- Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes in order to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition, and in accordance with Schindler’s Fleet Policy
- Maintain accurate records and logs

- High School Education
- Fork Lift Truck Operators License
- License to operate truck in accordance with provincial requirements
