**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing the work load for your station every day to execute the day’s requirements based on orders
- Projections of the next day’s order and executing the required prep
- Washing, chopping & slicing of vegetables/fruits
- Preparing sauces, condiments and dressings
- Plating of orders and wrapping and labeling for delivery
- Attention to delivery times and assuring orders are ready prior to their scheduled deliver
- **FoodSafe Level 1** preferred
- Restaurant or catering experience is preferred
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs properly
- Flexibility to work some weekends when necessary
- First Aid Certificate is considered an asset

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
