**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding.
- Utilize upselling techniques to encourage additional purchases while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Handle cashiering duties efficiently, including processing transactions and managing cash registers.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience in technical sales or familiarity with product specifications is a plus.
- Proficiency in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Previous experience in retail or cashiering is preferred but not required; we provide training for motivated individuals.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
