We believe that people can copy our marketing, they can try to copy our products, but they can never duplicate our company culture because it's truly something special We are currently seeking an **Customer Care Team Member/Receptionist** to join our awesome leadership team What your responsibilities will include: - Respond to incoming calls with set KPI’s in place - Participate in Live-Chat sessions - Respond to Customer & Sales Teams inquiries regarding orders, inventory availability, pricing, etc. - Process Replacement orders and Return Merchandise Authorization, as necessary - Maintain the highest levels of Customer satisfaction by researching & providing resolutions for Customer needs and provide follow-up on Customer inquiries - Inform Customers and Sales Team of procedures and current policies to follow regarding day-to-day business tasks - Assist in developing processes to improve productivity and efficiencies. Participate in special projects as requested - Duties and responsibilities may be amended from time to time in order to support efficient Company operations and other related duties may be assigned as needed - Support reception coverage as needed - Create Personal Connection Cards for our Partners What we require from you: - Minimum 3 years of Customer Service Experience in an (inbound) call centre - Flexible to work rotating shifts to open call center hours (9:00am to 7:00pm) - Able to work Stat Holidays and the occasional weekend - Social Media and Web Savvy - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Customer focused and adaptable to different personality types - Strong sense of urgency and ability to analyze, prioritize and multi-task - Work well under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a team as well as independently with little to no supervision - Out-of-the-box thinker with a can-do attitude - Being bilingual is considered an asset, but not required What we can offer you: - To be part of the happiest company in the world - A company culture like no other - A competitive Salary and Health Benefits - A work environment that drives creativity, innovation and passion - Future growth and development - To join a team of likeminded, out-of-the-box thinkers who love to have fun and deliver WOW in everything that they do - An opportunity to make an impact and create value **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent **Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - RRSP match - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Application question(s): - Are you able to work on statutory holidays? - Are you able to work 10:30AM - 7:00PM Monday to Friday? **Experience**: - Call Center: 3 years (preferred) - Customer service: 3 years (preferred) - SAP ERP: 1 year (preferred)
