Human Resources Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
- Coordinate training sessions.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave.
- Handles employee recognition programs (Attendance Bonus).
- Provide counseling to employees and managers on policies and procedures.
- Enter all new hire data, employee transfer data, and employee change data into ADP.
- Responsible for maintaining employee files to meet quality and audit standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualification:
- Minimum 2-4 Years of experience as an HR Assistant preferred
- Some college level HR coursework preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Effective people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
