Overview

We are seeking a talented and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and exceptional guest service. This role involves providing professional aesthetic services, educating clients on skincare products, and creating a welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and confidence. The Aesthetician will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction through personalized treatments and expert advice, contributing to the overall success of our spa or salon.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care
• Provide professional hair styling services as needed
• Deliver nail care services such as manicures and pedicures to clients
• Conduct product demos and recommend retail products tailored to individual client needs
• Ensure all sanitation and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
• Offer exceptional guest services by addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a relaxing experience
• Engage in retail sales by upselling skincare products, makeup items, and other beauty essentials to enhance client results and satisfaction
• Assist at the front desk with check-in/check-out procedures, appointment scheduling, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and ongoing treatments to foster loyalty and repeat business

Experience

• Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar beauty therapy role is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
• Knowledge of sanitation standards within the beauty industry is essential
• Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations is highly desirable
• Skilled in various beauty treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor to create an inviting guest experience
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Pay: $25.00-$41.52 per hour
