What you’ll do
As part of our **Customer Success team**, you'll be surrounded by driven people focused on improving customer results and you'll fit right in by helping our customers get the most out of Kimoby by:
- ** Talking to customers**: Reach out by phone to existing users to understand their needs and help them book meetings with our Account Managers.
- **Spotting opportunities**: As you talk with customers, you’ll start to notice where our platform could help them even more. You’ll share those insights with our Account Managers so they can explore next steps with the client.
- **Supporting & collaborating**: Help Account Managers with follow-ups and keep our CRM (HubSpot) up to date.
- **Training users**: Guide new users through our platform so they can quickly see how it makes their work easier.

What we’re looking for
- Some experience in a **customer-facing role**or the confidence to explain to us what other past experiences have prepared you for this role

- Interest in the auto and/or tech industry

Ton rôle au quotidien
En tant que membre de notre équipe du Succès Client, tu seras entouré-e par des personnes motivées qui se concentrent sur l'amélioration des résultats des clients et tu t’intégreras parfaitement en aidant nos clients à tirer le meilleur parti de Kimoby. Voici ce que tu feras:
- ** Échanger avec nos clients**: Contacter par téléphone les clients existants pour comprendre leurs besoins et les aider à prendre rendez-vous avec nos gestionnaires de comptes.
- **Repérer les opportunités** : Discuter avec les clients, tu commenceras à remarquer où notre plateforme pourrait les aider encore plus. Tu partageras ces informations avec nos gestionnaires de comptes afin qu'ils puissent explorer les prochaines étapes avec le client.
- **Soutenir et collaborer**: Aider les gestionnaires de comptes à effectuer des suivis et à maintenir notre CRM (HubSpot) à jour.
- **Former les utilisateurs** : Guider les nouveaux utilisateurs à travers notre plateforme afin qu'ils puissent rapidement voir comment elle facilite leur travail.
