Thai Massage Practitioner

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Perform authentic Thai Massage techniques including energy line stimulation and stretching.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments.
- Keep accurate records of client sessions and progress notes in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Thai Massage practices.
- Collaborate with other practitioners to create comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

**Experience**
- A **valid certification of Thai Massage Training from an accredited Thai Massage School is a MUST**, unless you've been working at Stretch Therapy or Sports medicine previously.
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with previous experience in Thai Massage is preferred but not mandatory. **We are fine with non-RMTs.**:

- **Must be able to work at least one day on weekends.**:

- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and understanding with clients quickly.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain treatments and address client concerns.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development through workshops or continuing education courses is highly valued.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $54.00-$66.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
