The Red Accordion is looking to add to our team

We opened our doors in 2019 and since then have established a solid reputation for great atmosphere, service, food and drinks. We are a small, independently run mom & pop shop and we take a ton of pride in what we do. As we continue to grow we are looking to add more team members for both front and back of house positions. Both full time and part time positions are available. Front of house we are looking for bartenders and hostesses and for back of house we're looking for daytime prep cooks and evening line cooks.

We are looking for a lead brunch cook
Lead brunch line cook must have extensive brunch experience and be comfortable handling a busy brunch service and all that comes along with it. This position allows you to get a little creative and help with our features.

Formal culinary training and experience is an asset, but not always a requirement.
Willing to train the right person.

Our menu will continue to focus on contemporary cuisine with ingredients sourced from local farms, fishermen, and prepared with a variety of different cooking techniques, and textures.

We would love people who are eager to push themselves to the next level, and passionate individuals with a keen desire for fermentation, culturing, fresh pasta, pastry and bread work.

What You’ll Do:
As key player within _ you will support our mission to make our team, our community, a better and growing place daily
- 1-2 years of brunch line cook experience
- Solid knowledge of kitchen operations — grill, sauté, poaching, egg work, prep, and plating
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail — consistent portions, presentation, and cleanliness
- Good communication skills — able to take direction and call out tickets clearly
- Excellent time management — knows how to prioritize tasks during a rush
- Commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards
- Team-focused mindset — reliable, respectful, and able to work closely with others
- A positive attitude and good energy — especially important during busy brunch hours
- Weekend and early morning availability is required
