Freebird Market has been proudly serving our community since 2022 — and we’re thriving Our bright, sun-filled 7,500 sq. ft. commissary kitchen produces everything in-house: fresh pasta, breads, pizzas (fresh and frozen), pastries, sauces, dressings, braised meats, and fully prepared meals.

We’re looking for an **Inventory Associate** to join our team and help keep our kitchen running smoothly. This is a hands-on role that’s perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic culinary environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Accurately count, record, and report inventory levels
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries
- Update and maintain inventory records in our system
- Label, package, and organize products
- Identify and report discrepancies, and recommend solutions
- Support other departments with inventory-related needs
- Assist in developing stronger inventory processes and systems

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: At least 1 year in inventory management or a related role
- **Skills**: Detail-oriented, strong organizational and time management abilities
- **Teamwork**: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- **Physical**: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- **Tech-savvy**: Comfortable using inventory management software and basic computer tools
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
