**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
We are seeking an Inventory Control Associate Manager.
This role will be based out of our Eastside Facility in Etobicoke.
**WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE**
- Accountable and responsible for inventory integrity of Packaging in Canada’s manufacturing facility. Responsible for the successful preparation for year-end inventory counts and execution of inventory control processes, and key performance metrics. Coordinate cycle counts and/or reconciliations in the Production Packaging warehouse and identify trends or discrepancies in data.
- Monitor ERP (D365) system to ensure it is updated in real-time, report, and resolve any issues. Review open and incomplete transfer orders as assigned, compile a report, and advise appropriate departments. Review open and incomplete picking and movement work in D365 from the warehouse to the production floor.
- Investigate inbound and outbound transfer order discrepancies, taking appropriate action as outlined in Deciem's business process
- Responsible for packaging replenishment to manufacturing facilities on time. Coordinate delivery and pick-up of transfer orders between the production facility and other Deciem locations and samples for various departments with Transportation and Warehouse
- Update and maintain the status of inventory as needed and directed by QA, procurement and regulatory. Assist Procurement, QA and Warehouse with damages and quality issues related to packaging components, including the arrangement of pick-up for inspection and replacement.
- Track Rejected Components originating from Production as outlined in Deciem business process. Work closely with Warehouse and other Deciem locations to manage the transfer of obsolete or rejected packaging inventory to the appropriate location for disposition
- Work closely with Production Planning on Inventory availability and risks to the Production schedules. Review and understand the correct usage of inventory journals in D365, ensuring any required approvals are obtained prior to posting. Ensure all journals are maintained and closed in a timely manner, particularly at month end
- Review and understand Deciem inventory management policies and procedures. Review and understand Deciem Month End checklist and action items as assigned. Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external partners

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE**
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office, with a focus on Microsoft Excel. Previous experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP required
- Knowledgeable in the use of electronic inventory control systems, inventory control procedures, and inventory control best practices. Experience working with ERP systems. Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations experience is a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment, preferably within a FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Team player, detail-oriented, proactive, drive to deliver results, and adaptable. Analytical, coordination with ability to meet deadlines, and stay productive under pressure
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
