**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service through live chats and phone calls.
- Assist customers with checkout processes and resolve any technical issues related to our products.
- Follow up on shipping and handle various customer service needs efficiently and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience in customer service is mandatory.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
