**Your work environment at EXP**

In this role, you will join the Municipal Infrastructure and Land Development group, based in the **Ottawa **office.

**What a day at EXP has in store for you**

Prepare preliminary and detailed CAD drawings associated with the Municipal Infrastructure and Land Development projects
Coordinate project drawings with designers, project managers, CAD staff, and others
Ensure that the projects' needs are met in a timely and effective manner
Work under the direction of Senior Staff and mentor junior CAD staff working within the division

**What your experience looks like**

Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) or Civil Technician with 5 - 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from a consulting engineering office environment in Ontario
Strong computer software skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Micro station Word & Excel
Familiarity with various Municipal and regional design and drafting standards
Experience in preliminary and detailed design drawing preparation associated with Municipal Infrastructure Land Development projects
Independent, Organized, and Motivated Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced turnaround environment
