**Qualifications**:

- **Completion of Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification**:

- **Full knowledge of OAP guidelines and regulations.**:

- A minimum of two to five years of experience in the delivery of ABA services

**Position responsibilities but not limited to**:

- **Prepare, sign and submit the proper documents to OAP.**:

- Conducting a variety of assessments (ex: VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Functional Analysis)
- Designing individualized programming and behaviour reduction plans.
- Ongoing supervision, training, and evaluation of Instructor Therapists.
- She is overseeing the programming of assigned clients including: analysis of data, making data-driven program changes, writing and updating Individual Service Plans, attending/organizing team meetings, and working as part of a team including a Clinical Supervisor.
- Providing ongoing support and training to families. Conducting meetings with parents, schools and community agencies.
