**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors to the dealership and championing administrative duties. Specifically:

- welcome customer to the dealership and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
- direct customers to the proper department and/or dealership facilities
- obtain basic information about customers, using a computer system
- maintain knowledge of basic dealership information to act as a resource for incoming callers
- administration duties as required

**Hours**:Evenings from Monday - Thursday and Saturdays (21 hours per week)

**About you.**
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or reception
- Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
