**Rate**:$23.67 - $24.42 / hour

**Shift Premium**: $0.70/hour

Lassonde Industries Inc. develops, manufactures and markets an innovative and distinctive line of fruit and vegetable juices and drinks. Our brands include: Oasis, Fairlee, Allen’s, Fruite, Rougemont as well as specialty food products.

**Summary**:
Reporting to our Warehouse Supervisors, the Order Picker will be responsible for sorting and staging customer orders to prepare for shipment.

**Key Activities**:

- Stage customer orders onto pallets to prepare for shipping.
- Scan and select products using a computerized inventory system.
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations, and Food Safety programs.
- Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures.

**Education & experience required**:

- Valid Forklift Licence.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (an asset).

**Competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills. Must be fluent in English (read, write and speak).
- Strong problem solving, planning and organizational skills.
- Strong mathematical aptitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
