Our products include memorial programs, prayer cards, guest books, and other printed materials used in funeral and memorial services. Every piece we produce is crafted with care, compassion, and precision.
**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, printing, assembling, and packaging custom funeral stationery. This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of accuracy, sensitivity to the nature of our work, and a commitment to producing materials of the highest quality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operate digital printing equipment and finishing machines (cutters, folders, binders, etc.)
- Review and verify accuracy of custom orders and print files before production
- Assemble stationery packages with a strong focus on neatness and completeness
- Perform quality control checks throughout the production process
- Maintain organized records of jobs completed and materials used
- Assist with inventory tracking and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the design and customer service teams to ensure timely and precise execution of orders
- Uphold a respectful, compassionate, and professional approach to all aspects of the work
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification a plus
- Previous experience in printing, packaging, or production preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow procedures precisely and handle multiple tasks under deadlines
- Comfortable working with materials related to end-of-life services in a respectful manner
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with printing software is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
