**SPUD.ca **is looking for an Outbound Coordinator to join the team in our Edmonton warehouse.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the daily pack line activities, from the front line.
- Training and day-to-day performance coaching of Outbound Team Members and filing out appropriate documents.
- Lead daily huddles and sync meetings.
- Monitor and report on Outbound KPIs.
- Assume responsibility for collective warehouse team, in the absence of supervisors and managers.
- Engage and develop the team through coaching, support and regular feedback.
- Lead with positivity and empathy, while ensuring that team members respect their peers and the requirements of their positions.
- Help develop new procedures and improvements to current procedures.
- Seek out and engage in opportunities to further personal leadership development.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience working in warehousing & distribution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Desire to actively problem solve and think creatively to improve processes and complete tasks on a daily basis
- Experience working in a team environment
- History of working with food, either in a service, retail, or production role, and strong understanding of food safety and quality control processes
