**Schedule: Part Time - Tuesday to Friday 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM**

Summary**: **Reporting to the Selection Supervisors, the Operations Clerk is responsible for completing customer service and administrative duties within the warehouse. This position will provide internal customer service while processing clerical work, organizing outbound loads, and other warehouse duties as required.

Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Administrative duties surrounding shipping label generation and invoice management
- Accurate and professional coordination with colleagues to facilitate selection duties
- Communication with external stakeholders (coordinating third party shipping and will-call activities)
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations, and Food Safety programs
- Adhering to all Organizational policies, procedures, and Cornerstone Values
- All other duties as required

Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong professional communication and customer service skills
- Strong self directed organization, coordination, and time management capabilities
- Must demonstrate a proven record of consistent on-time attendance

Working Conditions**:

- Steel toe (CSA approved) footwear is required as all times in the warehouse.
- Must be able to handle all types of food products including fresh: seafood, beef, pork, produce, nuts, spices, milk, eggs, etc.
- Must be able to work in multiple temperature zones including cooler (0oC to 4oC) and freezer (-20oC to -30oC) environments

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.25 per hour

- Evening shift
