We are looking for a full-time, heavy-duty cleaner role for a condominium in Toronto. Our team is looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, who is hard-working with experience.

**_Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-1:00pm_**

**About the job**:

- Cleaning all common areas (foyer, elevators, gyms, seating areas, hallways).
- Handle small repairs, light bulb changes and as advised by the Property Manager.
- Perform frequent outside inspections during shift - grounds, garbage area, parking lots (inside and outside) smoking posts, etc., and pick up any litter/loose debris.
- Remove garbage from public waste bins in condominiums.

**Requirements**:

- A self-sufficient individual.
- Follows instruction well.
- An individual who is dedicated to their work.
- Passes a background check.
- Able to clean and do small maintenance duties.
- An individual who has experience.

**Salary**: $17.00/hr.

**Job Type**: Part-time
