As technology has evolved, we’ve continued to facilitate its expansion and accessibility, more recently with internet broadband, LTE and small-cell installations.**

We currently have a need for a **Product Manager** working out of our Elmira, ON office. **Product Managers **are responsible for the development, implementation and management of products within assigned markets. The Program Manager has customers both inside and outside Trylon.

**You will**:

- Consolidate Trylon’s market, tech and pricing data collected to date and build a strong cross reference tool, catalogue, and customer specific price books, all of which align the product portfolio with current and future customer demand
- Work closely with Sales, participating in customer relationship builds and the achievement of new customer onboards as well as development of future customer demand
- Manage the changes to Trylon’s website and catalog materials to include new products once developed
- Communicate with new accounts to ensure customer deliverables and expectations are met.
- Deliver sales pipeline results to achieve sales growth targets
- Expand the breadth of Trylon’s product portfolio in alignment with Trylon’s market strategy
- Project Manage key accounts in key markets as assigned by the Director of Product Operations
- Drive development of new products for new markets
- Support the launch of products for new markets as required
- Align market intelligence with product launches

**You have**:

- Post-Secondary Education - University degree in related field
- Technical knowledge for structural steel and ability to read and interpret technical drawings of various industrial project is an asset.
- A technical/engineering background is preferable with knowledge and experience on end-to-end project cost estimation.
- Prior experience in one of the following areas an asset:

- Product Development
- Distribution
- Telecommunication
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- must possess the ability to work well with a variety of departments internal & external contacts
- A Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.)
- Superior relationship building skills and sound judgement around customer communication
- The ability to manage projects, multi-task & prioritize activities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize to meet company objectives
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and data management
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Been described as a positive team player who likes working with people and contributing to a positive environment
- Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity - we’re a company going through lots of changes. There is a need to be flexible and move with changes as they unfold
- The ability to learn quickly & retain knowledge gained
