RWAM Group Administration is looking for a Group Product Specialist who’s motivated, has strong communication and excellent customer service skills. An important part of the role will be to assist clients with online training and tools to help administer their own group benefit plan. Along with providing excellent customer service to our clients, the Group Product Specialist takes on an important leadership role within the department, taking the lead on variety of high priority tasks and maintaining knowledge of many different aspects of Group Administration.

**In this role you will**:

- Assist Plan Sponsors and Plan Members to manage their group benefit plans through both written and verbal communication i.e., Inquires through phone que or online CSR mail box
- Communicate with Group Distribution, Plan Sponsors and Plan Members ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally
- Adhere to group insurance guidelines when processing updates
- Maintain turnaround objectives to ensure service standards are met
- Assist clients with the accurate completion of administrative forms
- Manage online for Plan Members, amendments and group termination process
- Manage online for Plan Administrators with applicable tools (video resources or zoom overview)
- Generate, amend, and approve benefit materials for groups
- Update and maintain information in a variety of spreadsheets and databases
- Update master booklet templates, as advised by Providers

- Strong customer service skills
- Impeccable telephone etiquette
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and the capacity to multi-task
- Familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook, Infotrac
