**Job description**

**Responsibilities for Graphic Designer**
- Design brochures, logos, signs, advertisements, and other marketing communication materials.
- Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives and make revisions based on the feedback received.
- Collaborate with the marketing team in creating marketing assets for web, social, ads etc.
- Works on multiple projects at once, and consistently meets draft deadlines.
- Staying up to date with best practices and design trends
- Collaborate with team on developing effective and relevant communication materials

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years’ experience in graphic design (digital and non-digital assets)
- Strong commercial design inclination
- Must have basic understanding of marketing
- Knowledge and experience in various design software - Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Loves a good challenge every single time
- Able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and presentation skills

This is a part remote / part on-site work. You must be able to drive to the office in East Richmond.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
