As a Customer Service Representative or CSR, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

**Job Overview**
- Foster excellent customer relationships, driving sales with current and prospective account base, through developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Build and maintain high-quality relations with assigned customers, working to increase volume of sales with customers
- Provide price quoting to customers and coordinate with onsite production department to facilitate the movement of sale through to production

We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, building relationships and thinking on their feet to solve customer concerns or issues. Someone who enjoys being busy, who thrives in an environment that is changing and growing, and who is always looking to work in an innovative environment. This is an office-based position, which will require you to be on-site Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

Essential Requirements:

- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Bilingual English and French written and oral
- Post-secondary education
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Strong initiative to grow the role and the company, leveraging previous skills and job experience
- Customer service oriented, you must be friendly and enjoy working with people
- Able to maintain a positive attitude, even in difficult or challenging scenarios
- passionate about growing your knowledge and skills and being the best you can be

If you also have the following it would be a strong asset:

- 1+ years Manufacturing experience
- Experience with CRM software
- Experience navigating ERP system (Dynamics NAV, or similar)
- Experience navigating CRM system (Hubspot, or similar)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
