**DESCRIPTION DE POSTE**

Remplir toutes les fonctions liées à la réception/réservations et autres tâches demandées par le département

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
Offrir support et assistance au Directeur de la réception avec:

- Gérer les réservations, les chambres et le système de réservation pour maximiser les revenus.
- Elaboration des horaires, contrôle des absences et jours fériés.
- Assister le directeur de la réception dans le recrutement, la formation et le suivi des nouveaux employé(e)s.
- Superviser et revoir tout le travail du représentant du service à la clientèle pour s'assurer que tout le travail est bien fait;
- Une connaissance approfondie de toutes les installations hôtelières, des promotions spéciales tels que les restaurants pour les promouvoir auprès de nos clients et répondre aux questions des employé(e)s;
- Exécution du budget départemental.
- Agir en tant que directeur de permanence pendant le quart de travail : agir et prendre des initiatives lors d'incidents dans d'autres services, répondre aux demandes ou plaintes des clients ;
- En l'absence du directeur de la réception, prendre toutes les initiatives nécessaires pour assurer un service rapide, courtois et professionnel en tout temps.

**CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL**:

- Formation académique ou expérience hôtelière pertinente
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en supervision de personnel
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et de l'initiative
- Disponible pour des horaires variables (Jour, soir, nuit, week-end)
- Connaissance du système OnQ un atout
- Excellente connaissance des programmes Word et Excel
- Excellente communication interpersonnelle
- Bilinguisme écrit et parlé obligatoire (anglais et français)
- L'expérience Hilton est un plus.
