**What you can expect in a Coordinator, Creative Design role at IGNITE**:

- You will provide support to the Manager, Creative Design with creative concept execution, operations and administrative tasks related to creative deliverables, training, and data management/insights
- You will contribute to and monitor the quality of the student experience from a visual perspective by evaluating student feedback, data collection/insights and satisfaction surveys
- You will research, develop, and create custom designs for experiential marketing promotions
- You will provide guidance and supervision to student team of part-time team of Graphic Designers and Videographers
- You will act as a project leader for creative projects and events coverage and manage the events, photo, and video shoots calendar
- You will assist in the creation of printed designs for brochures, posters, banners, event signage, branded merchandise, and direct marketing pieces
- You will assist in the creation of digital designs for campaign/project logos, HTV ads, web banners, social media ads while adhering to IGNITE’s brand guidelines.

**What IGNITE will expect from you**:

- Two (2) to three (3) years in media production, graphic design, or experience in a variety of creative settings will be considered
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in visual communication or a related field
- A design portfolio showcasing your previous work
- Working knowledge of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) is required.
- A bonus if you have experience creating motion graphics
- Added bonus if you have experience leading of projects, leading a team is an asset
- Audio post-production skills are an asset
