**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the dining area, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Train, mentor, and supervise serving staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage guest interactions, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate order processing and cashiering duties.
- Promote menu items through effective upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality presentation.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
- Foster a positive team environment by encouraging collaboration among staff members.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a food service role, preferably as a server or head server in a restaurant setting. A minimum of 3 years experience in a THK role, ideally with leadership experience.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
- A high school diploma is required; a college diploma in Hospitality or a related field is a bonus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.
- Experience using a POS system is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience with cashiering is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Bilingual preferred (Any of the languages Turkish, Persian, Arabic, Spanish, French, and other)
