In this role, you’ll support the store manager and lead an amazing Team in daily operations, ensuring top-tier service, driving sales, and optimizing efficiency.

**Path to Ownership - Become a Store Owner**

Once trust is established and you've proven your dedication, this role unlocks an exciting future opportunity to enroll in our **Partnership Program**. This program allows you to become a Manager while earning over **$70K to 100K+ annually**. As you grow with us, you'll have the chance to become a franchise partner, with our company investing in a new location to support your journey toward becoming an owner-operator.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee daily operations with manager

inventory management and merchandising

Supervise, train, and mentor staff to enhance team performance

Perform automotive services, including oil and filter changes, fluid top-offs, and tire maintenance

Handle cashier transactions with accuracy and efficiency

Build strong, long-term customer relationships with a friendly and engaging attitude

Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets

Maintain a clean, well-organized store environment

Utilize math skills for cash handling, reporting, and sales tracking

Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly

Pay: $18.00-$34.00 per hour
