**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with manager and supervisor to understand their vision and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform drywall repairs and restoration work as needed to ensure surfaces are ready for painting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with managers and supervisors and address their needs.
- Knowledge of drywall installation and repair processes.
- Ability to restore surfaces to their original condition before painting.
- Basic carpentry skills are a plus for making necessary repairs prior to painting.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
