**Job Overview**
We are currently seeking a talented **Tech Lead** to join our exciting new venture, **MUNIvers**.

Reporting to the Director of Development based in Victoria, Canada, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Salesforce development practice and driving the delivery of our flagship product, MUNIvers. This is a rare opportunity to work on a greenfield project, providing technical leadership to a small team of global developers utilizing cutting-edge technology to support local governments.

This is not your typical Salesforce development role; we are looking for someone with deep technical expertise, ideally with experience developing custom products on the Salesforce platform. Skills in product development, CI/CD, and Apex Enterprise Patterns will be highly valued. As part of a lean and collaborative team, strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the MUNIvers development practice.
- Contribute to the advancement of the Salesforce ISV Partnership.
- Recommend developmental processes, standards, and tools specific to Salesforce to improve our development practices.
- Communicate and report to external customers, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure high-quality deliverables within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Mentor and share knowledge with team members to uphold Agilyx’s values.

**Qualifications**:

- Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Integration Architect, and Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect certifications.
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading resources and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and commitment to continuous learning.

**Travel Requirements**: This role may require travel to customer sites.

Pay: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
