**Location**:LAB Westshore

**Position Type**:Casual, Part-Time (8-20 hrs/week)

**Starting Rate**: $20/hr + 4% vacation pay

**Availability Required**:Evenings & Weekends

**Key Responsibilities: Client Service + Front Desk**:

- Greet and check in yoga and wellness clients with warmth and professionalism
- Process class sign-ins, pass sales, and wellness payments
- Provide helpful information on our offerings, promotions, and booking procedures
- Ensure a smooth client experience from arrival to departure

**Studio & Facility Support**:

- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked front lobby and retail area
- Perform light cleaning tasks between classes and treatments
- Communicate supply and signage needs to leadership
- Help open and/or close the studio according to checklist protocols

**Team & Community Support**:

- Support fellow staff, instructors, and ambassadors while on shift
- Be attentive to client well-being, especially post-class or treatment
- Monitor cleanliness standards and help uphold our wellness environment
- Foster a grounded, welcoming vibe that aligns with LAB’s community values

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Friendly, professional, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Comfortable using tech tools like Mindbody, Jane, Google Suite, and Slack (training provided)
- Passionate about yoga, wellness, and community care
- Local to Langford or with access to reliable transportation
- Employee is require to bring own laptop to work.
